Why NDLEA extends access to recruitment application portal by a week ─Official

In order to enable prospective applicants having challenges in submitting their applications on the agency’s portal, Brig.-Gen. Mohamed Buba Marwa (Rtd.), Chairman/Chief Executive of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), has approved the extension of the close of application on its recruitment portal by a week.

The anti-narcotics regulatory agency explained the extension of the deadline would enable applicants having challenges submitting their applications to take advantage of the additional days to complete the process.

Mr. Femi Babafemi, Director of Media and Advocacy at NDLEA, stated Thursday, April 6, 2023, in Abuja, FCT, that the online application portal was earlier opened Sunday, March 12 this year.

The NDLEA noted the recruitment application process originally, was scheduled to close on Saturday, April 8, but with a week extension, the portal would remain open till midnight of Monday, April 17, 2023.

Babafemi also said in the statement “this will enable applicants who are yet to complete their application process to do so, and those interested but yet to sign up to also take advantage of the extra days to fill their application on the portal.”
