Ford Motor Company is recalling 228,297 model year 2020-2021 Explorers, and Lincoln Corsairs & Aviators with 360-degree cameras.

The automobile manufacturer said that the video output may fail, preventing the rearview camera image from displaying.

A rearview camera that does not display an image reduces the driver’s rear view, increasing the risk of a crash, noted Ford Motor Company.

In respect of what to do in rectifying the error, the firm said that dealers would update the Image Processing Module (IPMB) software free of charge.
