Senator Sharafadeen Alli, gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in Oyo State, South-West Nigeria, Tuesday, November 3, 2026, will formally present his manifesto with the acronym Oyo AHEAD (Itayo Oyo), to the people of the state.
The landmark event, which will attract stakeholders across the state, will hold in the Theophilus Ogunlesi Hall, opposite the University College Hospital (UCH) main gate, Ibadan, Oyo State capital.
Bisi Oladele, Director of Media and Publicity of the Senator Sharafadeen Alli Campaign Organization (SSACO), in a statement issued Monday, November 2, disclosed the presentation would mark the official unveiling of Senator Alli’s development blueprint for Oyo State.
The statement also noted the stakeholders expected at the event include representatives of the Organised Private Sector (OPS), Labour unions, Community Development Associations (CDAs), farmers, students, artisans, the academia, traders, women groups and non-indigenes.
Oladele stated that all APC candidates in the 2027 elections along with party leaders would also attend the event.
He said Senator Alli would present the manifesto sector-by-sector, giving some details of his plans to transform Oyo State.
The statement as well described Oyo AHEAD as a practical, people-centred roadmap designed to put Oyo State ahead in development metrics thereby restoring her to pace-setting status.
