Samsung hosts tech CEOs, unveils Experience Centre with TD Africa in Lagos

Samsung, in partnership with TD Africa, a sub-Saharan technology distributor, hosted an exclusive gathering of technology business leaders and Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) Friday, June 19, 2026, to officially unveil the “Samsung Experience Centre” at the TD Africa Tech Experience Centre, in Lagos.

ConsumerConnect reports the company said the grand event attracted key industry stakeholders for an evening of networking, engaging conversations, and firsthand interaction with Samsung’s latest portfolio of consumer electronics, home appliances, and smart technology solutions.

Speaking at the event, Jingak Chung, Head of Product Management, Digital Appliances at Samsung, described the new Experience Centre as a significant step in bringing Samsung’s innovations closer to customers and partners.

Chung stated: “The Samsung Experience Centre is designed to create meaningful product experiences. We believe technology is best appreciated when people can see it, touch it, and experience its value firsthand.

“This facility provides businesses and consumers with the opportunity to engage directly with Samsung innovations and discover how our solutions can enhance everyday life and business productivity.”

He also commended TD Africa for its commitment to growing the Samsung brand across Africa.

“Our partnership with TD Africa has been instrumental in expanding Samsung’s reach across the region.

“Their market expertise, extensive distribution network, and dedication to customer engagement make them a valuable partner in advancing our vision for technology accessibility and innovation in Africa,” the Samsung Head of Product Management, Digital Appliances

Earlier when welcoming guests to the event, Chioma Ekeh, Chief Executive Officer of TD Africa, emphasised the Experience Centre aligns with the company’s mission of making transformative technology more accessible to businesses and consumers.

Ekeh said: “At TD Africa, we are committed to bridging the gap between innovation and accessibility.

“The Samsung Experience Centre provides customers with a unique opportunity to experience Samsung’s world-class technologies firsthand, enabling them to make informed decisions while accelerating technology adoption across Africa.”

The tech company as well stated that guests were treated to an engaging fireside conversation with industry leaders and an exclusive tour of the Experience Centre.
