Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, Chairman/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM), has congratulated Mrs. Gozy Ijogun, CEO of Task Systems Limited, in Nigeria, on the outstanding global recognition of Task Systems as winner of the 2025 Microsoft Partner of the Year Award in the United States (US).

Dabiri-Erewa, who said this in a congratulatory statement issued Wednesday, November 26, 2025, in Abuja, FCT, noted Mrs. Ijogun and Task Systems have made Nigeria proud by winning the Award on American soil.

Mr. Abdur-Rahman Balogun, Director of Media, Public Relations and Protocols at NIDCOM, who issued the statement, disclosed Hon. Dabiri-Erewa described the feat as “a powerful testament to Nigerian brilliance, entrepreneurial spirit, and global competitiveness.”

Dabiri-Erewa also stated: “Mrs. Gozy Ijogun and Task Systems have made Nigeria proud once again. Winning a Microsoft Partner of the Year Award on American soil is a powerful testament to Nigerian brilliance, entrepreneurial spirit, and global competitiveness.

“This is a huge victory for our nation and an inspiration to millions of young Nigerians in the tech space.”

The Chairman/CEO of NiDCOM said: “Achievements like this change narratives, and showcase the extraordinary talent of Nigerians all over the world.”

Mrs. Ijogun holds a degree in Chemistry from University College London and a Master of Science degree in Accounting, Organisations, and Institutions from the London School of Economics (LSE).

She also obtained advanced certifications and executive trainings from leading global institutions.

The CEO of the company later returned to Nigeria to lead the Task Systems team.

This prestigious award celebrates Task Systems Limited’s exceptional innovation, customer impact, and leadership in delivering transformative Microsoft solutions in Nigeria while proudly retaining strong Nigerian roots and identity.
