SRAP 2.0: NITDA committed to enhancing team’s capabilities to meet stakeholders’ expectations ─Inuwa

Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi, CCIE, Director-General of the National Information Technology Development Agency, has restated the Information Technology (IT) sector regulatory agency’s commitment to improving capabilities of its personnel to effectively meet industry stakeholders’ expectations in Nigeria’s digital ecosystem.

ConsumerConnect reports Inuwa stated this at NITDA’s recent two-day workshop organised with the Amazon Web Service (AWS) with the theme, “Working Backwards Engagement”, held at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel, in Abuja, FCT.

The ‘high-velocity’ agency noted that it is guided by Pillar 8 of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu-led administration’s redefined priority area of improving governance to enhance effective service delivery to Nigerians.

The Director-General of NITDA also averred that his aim is to “enhance the team’s capabilities to effectively meet stakeholders’ expectations as encapsulated in her Strategic Road and Action Plan 2.0 (SRAP 2.0.).”

“This further shows the Agency’s resolute commitment to delivering of her Action Plan focusing on the pillars of ‘Forge Strategic Partnerships and Collaboration’ as well as ‘Cultivate a Vibrant Organisational Culture and Agile Workforce’ in NITDA to meet the dynamic challenges of digital age,” the agency said in a blognote.
