Power Minister assures underserved consumers of improved electricity supply in Nigeria

*Alhaji Saleh Mamman, Minister for Power, has assured that the government will provide the affected communities yet to be connected to the national electricity grid with alternative sources of power generation in the country

For mostly the underserved communities and locations in the country, Alhaji Saleh Mamman, Honourable Minister for Power, has promised that his Ministry will boost electricity supply to Nigerian electricity consumers.

The Minister, who disclosed this to reporters during the Eld-el-Kabir celebration in Jalingo, Taraba State capital, said that communities that were underserved would enjoy adequate service soonest.

Alhaji Mamman assured the affected communities that are yet to be connected to the national electricity grid that alternative sources of power generation would be provided to them.

He, therefore, urged Nigerians to embrace peace as only peaceful coexistence would bring development in the country.
