Land Rover is recalling 26,805 model year 2018-2020 Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, Discovery, and Range Rover Velar vehicles.

The automobile manufacturer stated the Auto High Beam (AHB) system does not indicate through the instrument cluster when the high beams are illuminated automatically while in motion.

According to the company, the driver may be unaware that the high beams are illuminated, thereby reducing visibility for oncoming traffic, and increasing the risk of a crash.

In connection with what to do in rectifying the error, Land Rover will notify affected owners, and dealers will update the faulty vehicle software free of charge.

The current recall is expected to begin April 23, 2021.

Meanwhile, owners may contact Land Rover Customer Service on (800) 637-6837, and Land Rover’s number for this recall is N556.
