FRSC tests drivers’ alcohol level in Lagos

As part of its public education and enlightenment initiatives, Nigeria’s Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has started testing the alcohol levels of drivers in Lagos State.

FRSC commenced the exercise in the state Saturday, December 28, 2019.

According to Mr. Bisi Kazeem, Public Education Officer of the Corps, it is part of efforts at ensuring the safety of commuters along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway in the South-West of the country.

The Drivers’ Alcohol Level exercise is expected to last between December 15 and January 19, 2020.
