Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, National Chairman of the governing All Progressives Congress, in Nigeria, has hailed First Lady (Senator) Oluremi Tinubu, CON, on the occasion of her 67th Birthday.
Yilwatda, who noted this in a tribute Monday, September 21, 2026, said on behalf of the National Working Committee, leaders and millions of members of the All Progressives Congress, “I warmly felicitate with Her Excellency, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON, OON, First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, on the occasion of her 66th Birthday.”

He stated: “This is a moment to celebrate not merely another year of a remarkable life, but a woman whose journey of service, compassion and sacrifice continues to touch countless lives across our nation.
“Your Excellency, you have distinguished yourself as a true mother of the nation, a woman whose compassion transcends political, ethnic, religious and geographical boundaries.”
The National Chairman said through the Renewed Hope Initiative, and Nigerian First Lady’s several interventions in education, healthcare, women and youth empowerment and support for vulnerable Nigerians, you have demonstrated that leadership is ultimately about restoring dignity, rekindling hope and giving people the confidence that tomorrow can be better.
“Your quiet acts of kindness and your commitment to humanity have made you a source of comfort and inspiration to many Nigerians.
“As the nation navigates the demanding journey of economic transformation and national renewal, your steadfast support for Mr. President, His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, has been invaluable,” noted he.
Yilwatda also described First Lady Tinubu a responsible wife that has “stood firmly beside him through the difficult decisions, sacrifices and enormous responsibilities that come with steering Nigeria towards greater prosperity.”
