disengagement of Online Integrated Solution (OIS Services), a firm responsible for collecting and submitting Nigerian visa applications in the United States (US).<\/p>\n<p><em>ConsumerConnect<\/em> reports the NIS disclosed this development in a public notice issued Thursday, July 9, 2026, to all prospective travellers and Nigerians in the US, who require visas to enter the West African that citizens must then submit their applications directly at the Nigerian Embassy, in Washington, D.C., United States, or at the Nigerian Consulates in New York and Atlanta, pending further directives in this regard.<\/p>\n<p>The NIS, through the notice, therefore, assured prospective visa applicants that the Nigerian Embassy and its Consulates have put adequate measures in place to ensure the seamless submission, processing, and issuance of visas despite the transition.<\/p>\n<p>It equally urged visa applicants to monitor official communication channels of the Nigeria Immigration Service and the Nigerian Mission in the US for further updates on visa applications procedures.<\/p>\n<p>Akinlabi, Public Relations Officer of the Nigeria Immigration Service as well emphasised the NIS commitment to efficient service delivery.<\/p>\n<p>The Immigration Service commended Nigerian visa applicants for their understanding and cooperation in this
