Candidates to present their <strong>INEC Form EC 9<\/strong> (Affidavit Form) at any Federal High Court or Notary Public for deposition as an affidavit.<\/p>\n<p>3. Candidates to stream-scan their <strong>Form EC 9 <\/strong>with the underlisted documents (in order of listing) into a single computer file in PDF Format:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Candidate\u2019s passport photograph,<\/li>\n<li>NDC Membership Card,<\/li>\n<li>Permanent Voters Card,<\/li>\n<li>Academic Credentials referenced in Form EC 9,<\/li>\n<li>Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Files should be referenced after the State, position sought, and candidate\u2019s name. For example, a candidate from Nasarawa State should reference the PDF file as thus:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>NASARAWA-SHA-HARUNA ADEBAYO OKEKE-EC9 &#8211; for House of Assembly.<\/li>\n<li>NASARAWA- REP-HARUNA ADEBAYO OKEKE-EC9 &#8211; for House of Rep.<\/li>\n<li>NASARAWA-SEN-HARUNA ADEBAYO OKEKE-EC9 &#8211; for Senate.<\/li>\n<li>NASARAWA-GOV-HARUNA ADEBAYO OKEKE-EC9 &#8211; for Governor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Candidates to stream-scan completed <strong>INEC Nomination Forms<\/strong> <strong>(EC13 Series)<\/strong> into a PDF Format file and named as follows. Again, for a candidate from Nasarawa State, for example:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> NASARAWAGOV-ADEBAYO HARUNA OKEKE-EC13 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &#8211; Governorship<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mandatory General Election Nominators Requirements <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>President (Form EC13A)<\/strong>: <strong>50 nominators<\/strong> are required. They must be registered voters spread across the country.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Governor (Form EC13B)<\/strong>: <strong>30 nominators<\/strong> are required. They must be registered voters from different LGAs in the candidate&#8217;s state.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Senator (Form EC13C)<\/strong>: <strong>20 nominators<\/strong> are required. They must be registered voters within different LGAs in the candidate\u2019s Senatorial District.<\/li>\n<li><strong>House of Representatives (Form EC13D)<\/strong>: <strong>20 nominators<\/strong> are required. They must be registered voters within that Federal Constituency of the candidate.<\/li>\n<li><strong>State House of Assembly (Form EC13E)<\/strong>: <strong>20 nominators<\/strong> are required. They must be registered voters within the candidate\u2019s State Constituency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>Send <strong>the two files<\/strong> in (3) and (4) to the National Secretariat Candidates\u2019 e-mail addresses as follows:\n<ul>\n<li>NC: ndc2027nccandidates@gmail.com<\/li>\n<li>NE: ndc2027nccandidates@gmail.com<\/li>\n<li>NW: ndc2027nwcandidates@gmail.com<\/li>\n<li>SE: ndc2027secandidates@gmail.com<\/li>\n<li>SS: ndc2027sscandidates@gmail.com<\/li>\n<li>SW: ndc2027swcandidates@gmail.com<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong><em>(Note: Only forms properly scanned and sent to the correct e-mail address will be accepted and processed). <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>Candidates are to submit hard copies of the documents in (3) and (4) above to the National Secretariat in accordance to the nomination timetable below.<\/li>\n<li>Upon receipt and successful review of the submitted documents, candidates shall receive confirmation of successful submission by email.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>NOTE: Surrogate candidates must accompany the documents in 3 &amp;
