The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) and the Office of Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (HoCSF) are exploring areas of mutual interest to strengthen institutional collaboration and improve service delivery within the public sector of the economy.

ConsumerConnect reports Dr. Aminu Maida, Executive Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (EVC/CEO) of NCC, said this Wednesday, March 25, 2026, when he paid a courtesy visit to Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack, Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, in her office, in Abuja, FCT.

It is noted that Dr. Maida’s visit to the HoCSF afforded both top government officials an opportunity to engage in areas of mutual interest between the telecoms sector regulatory Commission and Nigeria’s Federal Civil Service.

This is particularly important in relation to strengthening institutional collaboration and improving service delivery within the public sector of the Nigerian economy, agency report said.

Innresiect of the forums of discussions at the meeting between Maida and Walson-Jack, it was gathered the duo dwelt on enhancing cooperation in areas that support digital transformation, regulatory efficiency, and capacity development across government institutions.

Maida’s visit to the Office of HoCSF as well reaffirmed the commitment of both organisations to fostering strategic partnerships that will strengthen governance, promote innovation, and improve public service operations across the country.
