Nigeria’s Presidential Fiscal Policy and Tax Reforms Committee has announced its “Train-the-Trainer Programme for Professionals” will commence from Tuesday, December 16, 2025, across the country.

ConsumerConnect reports the Presidential Fiscal Policy and Tax Reforms Committee’s training initiative is scheduled to train about 11,137 professionals in three modules.

Speaking on the training programme earlier, Mr. Taiwo Oyedele, Chairman of the Tax Reforms Committee, had stated: “Our target was to train 3,000 professionals nationwide, but the response exceeded our expectations.

“We received 11,137 applications in just 2 weeks. We are grateful to everyone who indicated interest.”

Oyedele, in a statement posted on his verified social media handle, also said: “To accommodate all applicants, the program will be rolled out in three modules.

“Participants may choose to attend module 1 only; modules 1 & 2, or all three modules, depending on their needs.”

The Chairman of the Committee as well listed the training modules as follows:

𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 2 – Technical analysis, deep insights and compliance requirements

𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 3 – Case studies and practical applications
